Why VennScope

VennScope was developed by Ronald Saraswat, PhD, a cell and molecular biologist with experience in quantitative biological research and scientific data analysis. The idea grew from a simple research need: trying to find an up-to-date, easy-to-use tool for comparing research datasets and producing clean, publication-ready figures without unnecessary complexity.

VennScope is designed as a general-purpose, privacy-conscious and publication-oriented set-analysis workflow, with optional source-labelled identifier mapping and an educational Learn section. Standard calculations are performed in the browser, and built-in examples use synthetic memberships rather than measured experimental data.
